How do I run VLC media player on my Playstation 3?

You can use VLC if you install a linux OS.
howver i would jsut convert the files.
I use Super, its pretty awesoem cos it supports obscure formats too., you jsut choose the PS3 conversion option at the top, drag the vidoe into the windo, hit convert, wait a bit n viola.
