How can I get songs from several computers to my Ipod?

I don’t want to sync to just one computer. Can I get songs off of other peoples computers and put them on my Ipod without it erasing the previous songs I got off of my computer.

How can I limit bandwidth to computers on my network?

I am on a network with a total of three computers. The others are constantly torrenting and taking so much bandwidth, I receive almost nothing. Is there a way to limit the amount of bandwidth they can consume from my computer? One is on a wireless connection and the other is on a 125 foot cable.

How could I set up my computer so that other computers can use my printer?

I have a Windows XP and I need to set it up to where other computers (in the same house) can use the printer on my computer.
I figure it probably has something to do with remote assistance but I don’t know how to use it.
I am connected to a wireless network.
