How do i make a ROM folder on my itouch?

So i downloaded the snes emulator and everything but when i try to download a snes rom theirs no ROM folder to save it in?!?!?!? Any help on how to make the ROM folder??? THANKS@

I am going to buy an Itouch before christmas but first I would like to know about the wifi…I know it’s free but do you have to have a wireless router or something to access it?
